General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the report you have furnished, the following things can be concluded.

1. Color is normal.
2. Viscosity is also normal.
3. Sperm count cannot be commented as you have not mentioned the values. It is given as 0000.
4. Sperm motility seems to be less than normal as only 65% is showing progressive motility. More than 75% progressive would be better.
5. Total abnormal forms of 25% is worrying. Percentage of abnormal forms are much higher than normal.

Kindly consult Infertility specialist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
